I'm Lindsey. I'm in my mid-twenties. I grew up in Peachtree Corners, GA. I've traveled all over the world from the age of 3. I lived in Germany for almost 5 years when I was little, due to my mom working for the government. I'm an only child, which was boring at times but definitely has it's upsides. I've very active and have been since an early age. I absolutely love running and in a few months will start my year training to complete a full marathon. I graduated from Central Gwinnett high school in 2005 and started community college the same month. I received my Associates of Arts in 2007 from Gainesville State College. I currently attend North Georgia College & State University were I am perusing my Bachelor's in History with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am very opinionated and not afraid to voice my concerns or opinions; but I know when to hold my tongue. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends because they bring out the best in me.
I'm Brian. I'm in my late twenties. I grew up in Lawrenceville, GA. I have lived there my entire life. I am very active and have been since I was little, as well. Unlike my wife I am not an only child. I am the oldest of three children. I have a younger sister and a younger brother. I graduated from Central Gwinnett high school in 2001 and attended community college the following fall. In April 2005, I changed paths and started working for Georgia Power. After four years of being an apprentice and I am now a lineman. I love my job and look for to continuing this career path for many years to come. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and as well.
We met through a mutual friend and were instantly attracted to each other. We started dating January 2004 and have been together ever since. After two and half years together, in August 2006, Brian made me the happiest girl in the world when he got to one knee and asked me to marry him! After nearly 14 months of planning my dream wedding we were married, October 27, 2007. We've had our ups and downs, but we wouldn't change a thing. We look forward to raising a family and spending our lives together.
After 8 months of trying to conceive and one miscarriage, we were over joyed to find out we were pregnant June 2010 with our first child; due February 15, 2011. On September 28th, 2010 we found out we were having a boy! We've chosen the name John Cayden. We're not big on family names and naming our children after someone; however, we chose the name John after Brian's grandfather. Brian's grandfather means a lot to him and is one the greatest men that we know. So we changed our minds and decided that our first son would be named after him. The middle was chosen by me, but there's no meaning behind it. I've always liked the name Cayden and wanted one of my children to be named Cayden, and it fit perfectly with John. John Cayden Thomas was born February 17, 2011 at 6:20pm!
We have two dogs, both are beagles. Fred is our 6 year shy beagle who joined us December 2004 as a Christmas present to Brian. Lily is our 5 year old energetic beagle who joined us November 2006 as a Christmas present to me. Fred and Lily have been our 'babies' for the past 6 years and we love them dearly.
After living in apartments for almost two years, we decided it was time to venture out and by our first home. After looking at nearly 40 houses, we found the perfect starter home for us. A beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ranch on an acre of land. In June 2007, we closed on our wonderful home in Bethlehem, GA. Home-ownership has been an adventure, but we've enjoyed making this house into our home. We look forward to many more happy years together in this home.
